Much talk this week about the Stupak Amendment. This is all about abortion funding. The law of the land as it stands prohibits any federal money to be spent on abortion. Bart Stupak-D claims the new health insurance bill does just that. Nancy Pelosi says it does not. So who is right? ABC News just ran a report and says that Stupak is wrong. The new health insurance bill does not fund abortion. Now, logic in DC is moot. We all know that. So does it matter anymore who is right? Likely not. Hey, dude, need a federal program in crap district. Of course, we can’t put it in this bill (stinks), but how about three or four bills later?
